Shipping and Return Policy

We guarantee the live delivery of all live bait orders. In order to get your bait to you alive, it can only be in transit for so long. We only use UPS to deliver our bait products. At checkout, you will see which shipping options (UPS Ground, UPS 2nd Day Air, UPS Next Day Air, 3-Day Select) are available for your location, as well as an estimated delivery date. If we deem that the live bait will not make it to you alive with the shipping option you choose, we will contact you to discuss other options.

Orders that have 2-3 days of transit time must be placed before 12 p.m. on Wednesday to be shipped out that week. Orders with 1 day of transit time must be placed before 12 p.m. on Thursday to be shipped out that week.

Live bait is extremely sensitive to heat and cold. If we deem that your bait cannot make it to you alive due to temperature conditions, you will be contacted to discuss options.

If deemed necessary, we have the right to charge an additional $2.00 per ice pack to ensure the live delivery of your bait.

PLEASE unpack and inspect you bait upon arrival. If bait arrives dead, you must call us within 24 hours to be eligible for a refund/replacement. We will decide whether it will best to refund or replace your shipment. There are no returns on live bait.

We cannot ship Leeches to Minnesota, Montana and North Dakota
